Made here. Put to work.

A workshop we built from the ground up.

The engineering and the teaching come together in the work. Here is one example.

Hearthwell game interface: a guardian encounter and a panel explaining an AI attack technique. Hearthwell · Browser-based AI security training

CyberjutsuCon 2026

Learn AI security by
trying it yourself.

For a four-hour conference workshop, we built a browser game where participants could attack an AI system, examine its defenses, and see what happened.

A working application and the training to go with it, delivered through the conference’s virtual workshop track.

Meet Mitchell, the founder
  1. Start with what you need.

A project, a group you want to teach, or something you want to learn. You do not need a finished brief.

  2. Talk through the fit.

We’ll reply with questions, an approach, and what it would take to move forward.

  3. Agree on the work.

Scope, format, timing, and cost are discussed before you commit.
